The holiday season is in full swing! I know that means there are parties and gatherings that are going to fill up your schedule quickly if they haven't already. That's where this beautiful and festive holiday cheese board comes in to play. It can be tough baking something for every event you attend if it's potluck style and most of the gatherings I attend these days are.
A cheese board like this one is a great way to showcase your culinary creativity while saving you time in the kitchen. I can honestly say that I received so many compliments when I prepared this for Thanksgiving with my family.

The best part? There isn't really a wrong way to make a cheese board. When it comes to what you use it's up to your tastes! But if you want to know exactly how to recreate the one I have pictured here keep reading.
Step #1 - Pick your favorite Grocery store and make one trip. You don't have to drive all over town to gather ingredients. I chose Trader Joe's because I know they have a varied cheese selection that's always reasonably priced. Plus other unique items to add some flair to the overall presentation. If you love wine like me, don't forget to pick up a bottle or two as well. I personally love a good Pinot Noir these days.
Step #2 - Make sure you have a tray or cheese board to display everything on! I was gifted this beautiful round tray by my mother-in-law Dawn for our wedding. It was perfect for a cheese board! You don't have to break the bank either if you don't have one. Check out places like Target or World Market and I'm sure you'll find a beautiful one!
Step #3 - Assemble when you arrive at your event if possible. This will prevent any movement and loss of aesthetic appeal due to transportation.

Here is an exact list of all the items I featured on this cheese board:
For The Cheese-
Goat Cheese With Honey
Brie Stuffed With Garlic & Herbs
Chipotle Toscano Cheese
Cheddar With Blue Stilton
For The Meat-
Truffle Salami
Pepperoni
Dry Salami
