The moment we've all been waiting for has finally arrived...WINTER IS HERE!!! I have been dreaming of the return of Game of Thrones for what seems like an eternity and I knew I had to do something big to celebrate this occasion. If you’re a frequent visitor to my blog then you know I love any excuse to make a beautiful cheese board. Jarod and I first started our cheese board + Game of Thrones obsession several years ago and it’s fun to keep the tradition going for the final season!

For a few months now I have been plotting ideas of how to bring together the theme of Fire & Ice for this presentation and I’ll admit it was a little more challenging than I thought it would be.
The fire side was a bit easier to conceptualize but the ice side was difficult. I could have only incorporated white items but I knew it needed to be colorful and blue foods are hard to find. At the end of the day I think it turned out even better than I expected. All the items together make for the perfect snack tray to have on deck at your next Game of Thrones viewing party. Don’t forget to pair it with a red wine in honor of Tyrion.

Now who do you think will end up on the Iron Throne? Who do you think will be the first character to die? So many questions and I can’t wait to finally have some answers!
Ready to make this epic Fire & Ice Cheese Board for yourself? Below is a list of ingredients that I used and I found them all at my local grocery store, so hopefully you won’t have any trouble finding them yourself. Cheers!
